Tenders are invited for Procurement of Facility Improvements to Trincomalee Harbour Passenger Quarantine Unit W30.4

Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ADB Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
A. Financial
(i) Historical Financial Performance - Submission of Limited Liability Companies: Audited Financial Statements. Partnerships and Sole Proprietorships: Audited Financial Statements or Financial Statements Certified by the approved accountant/ chartered accountant for the last three years (2020/2021, 2021/2022 & 2022/2023) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position.
ii) average annual construction turnover - the bidder (including joint venture and partnership) must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of lkr. 68.19 mn. calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years.
(ill] i financial resources - the bidder (including joint venture and partnership, if applicable) must demonstrate that its financial resources, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments, meet or exceed the total requirement for the subject contracts lkr 40.23 mn.
