1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FARM MACHINERIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
