04. Eligibility Criteria for the Supply of Woven Polypropylene Bags with Inner Liners:-from Reputed Suppliers. Additional Details are Provided in the Bidding Documents.
05. Pre-Bid Meeting will be Held on 28/02/2024 at 11.00 a.m in the Head Office Premises of Colombo Commercial Fertilizers Limited
06. A Complete Set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be Purchased by Interested Bidders on the Submission of a Written Application to the Address above and upon
Payment of a Non -Refundable Fee of Rupees Ten Thousand only (Rs. 10, 000.00) on Any Working Clay, between 9.30 a.m. And 3.30 p.m. From 14/02/2024 to
04/03/2024 the Method of Payment will be by Cash.
07. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Security Guarantee for a Sum of Rupees 400, 000/= (Four Hundred Thousand only) as Per Specimen Given in the Bidding
Document.
08. Bids shall be Enclosed in Two Separate Sealed Covers and Marked “Original” and “Duplicate” Respectively and These Two Covers shall be Enclosed in One Single Sealed
