The Kbt. The public procurement procedure for the conclusion of framework agreements within the framework of centralized public procurement in accordance with § 31, paragraph (1) on the designation of the central purchasing body, the definition of the scope of procurement related to defense and security tasks and the definition of the scope of defense and security tasks329/2019 on the centralized system of related procurements. (XII. 20.) Regarding the procurement of fire-fighting protective equipment for organizations (hereinafter: affected organizations) within the scope of the Government Decree (hereinafter: VBUe Decree), in 22 parts.is included in the technical description that is part of the procurement documents (hereafter: KD).
The tenderer wishes to conclude separate framework agreements for each part, the temporal scope of which is as follows: The framework agreement on the date of mutual signature of the parties - if the framework agreement is not signed simultaneouslytakes place, i.e. on the day of the signature of the last signatory party - it enters into force and until the net amount of the given framework agreement is reached, but it lasts for a maximum of 36 months from the date of entry into force. Fulfillment of individual contracts to be concluded during the scope of the framework agreement (within 36 months) tmay also extend to the period after the expiry of the framework agreement.
