Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FOOD AND NON-FOOD ITEMS FOR STOCKPILING OF FOOD SUPPLIES OF THE LDRRMO

1. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion through the Mitigation Fund of 5% LDRRMF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 527, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Food and Non-Food Items for Stockpiling of Food Supplies of the LDRRMO/ITB-2024-019 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion now invites bids for Procurement of Food and Non-Food Items for Stockpiling of Food Supplies of the LDRRMO. Delivery of goods is required 30 calendar days.
