Bread received in good condition, not expired, no signs of molds, no foul smell and soft in texture.

Individually packed in food grade plastic pouches. The packaging must clearly and readably indicate the Manufacturing Date, Expiration Date and imprinted the sign “DepED SBFP, NOT FOR SALE”

Expiration date should be at least 5 days from the date of delivery.

Technical Requirement for Suppliers: The supplier should be certified by DOST - FNRI as technology adaptor for Enhanched Nutribun.

Delivery Schedule: to be supplied by the end-user, should be in accordance with the schedule in the approved Division Cycle Menu
