The customer, together with several airports (hereinafter referred to as the End Customer), has for approximately three (3) years purchased Bio-Jet Fuel (hereinafter referred to as SAF) via an ongoing framework agreement. Due to the current world situation with changing energy prices and transport costs, the price picture has changed significantly, which has an impactat The customer's scope for reduction of carbon dioxide. As the Orderer maintains the importance of continuing to offset future flights with carbon dioxide, the Orderer intends to procure a new framework agreement for SAF deliveries.
