HK-DIR has seen significant growth in both tasks and employees in recent years. As a relatively new directorate, after mergers, we have many systems that have a large overlap. There is a great span in technologies, programming languages and hosting model. Work is underway to uniform the environments. Focus on Sky is central to this work. It is therefore very important that the suppliers on the framework agreement for ICT consultancy services have resources with expertise related to the development and configuration of cloud-based services. New services are, as a general rule, established in Azure and the relocation of local solutions in the cloud is in the final phase. Overall, this means that HK-DIR will have an increased need for cloud-based expertise and ICT consultant services in the years to come. There will be a need to increase the capacity of the line organization and in projects, and that there will be a need for expertise we do not have access to internally. This also entails the possibility of calling off a 24/7/365 staffed watch service, centralized monitoring and incident management related to specific critical services in HK-DIR's ICT environment.
