Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.up to date trade license.2.Income tax certificate & up-to-date- income tax clearance certificate.3.Up-to-date VAT Registration Certificate.4.Bank Solvency Certificate minimum Tk. 30, 00, 000.00 ( Thirty Lakhs)5.Experience Certificate of supply of power supply, communication module, analog and digital I/O module, Color Touch Display, Relay, Controller etc.(Allen Bradley PLC )of Gas Booster Compressor(GBC) or simillar types of goods in any Govt/Autonomous organization minimum Tk. 30, 00, 000.00 ( thirty Lakhs) under a single contract within last 03 (three) Year. .6. Tenderer shall have to submit the copy of catalogue from the manufacturer including offered product description; detail specifications; technical drawings ( if applicable) for the offered products7.If Tenderer does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter for all Items mentioned in e-PG3-3A. . Tender and Contract Forms, to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or producer of the Goods to supply the Goods to Bangladesh .Authorization Letter to Tenderer from authorized entities of manufacturer i.e. Dealer/ Trading House/ Manufacturer-s Sales office (if located outside the manufacturer-s country) will be accepted subject to submission of supporting document as authorized entities of manufacturer with the proposal. The Authorization Letter shall mention E-mail address, Telephone/Fax, designation with detail address of the manufacturer representative duly signed in the manufacturer official pad. BPDB will communicate during evaluation stage at the mentioned address for confirmation of the authorization/ End User. If there is no response received from the manufacturer/ End User Representative, the Bid will be subjected to rejection.
