1. The Barangay Carmen of Boston, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund (BDF) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Sixty Five Pesos (PhP 124, 065.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Hardware Materials for Construction of Road Rail Guard from Highway Junction to Purok Durian. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Carmen of Boston now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten (10) calendar days to start from receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED.
