Tender are invited for SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS Name Country: Saint Lucia Name of Project: Health System Strengthening Project Loan No. /Credit No.: IDA-63160-LC Contract Title: Procurement of IT Equipment for Performance Based Financing Facilities and Health DepartmentsReference No.: SLU_HSSP_IT_EQUIP_RFB The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Health System Strengthening Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of IT Equipment for Performance Based Financing Facilities and Health Departments. The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs now invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of IT Equipment for Performance Based Financing Facilities and Health Departments within two (2) - four (4) months. Margin Preferences shall not apply. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
