Procurement of IT services for the Epidemiological and Surveillance Center under RRF-2.3.1-21. identification number, within the framework of the project called "Creation of National Laboratories, Complex Development".

In connection with this procurement, it is developed by the Bidder in cooperation with the Biddertask:

A) TER-EPI specialist system: analyzes and monitors the various health data relevant from a public health point of view through the observation of the morbidity and mortality indicators of the Hungarian population, and includes them in comprehensive analyses, helping the users with interactive visualizationsat in monitoring and sharing data on the domestic public health situation, including national and regional statistics, as well as information on individual diseases and health measures.

B)EI professional system: on the experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic and the currentalso the development of a pandemic planning and preparedness toolkit based on scientific evidence, as well as the provision of the supporting research space for epidemiologists, biostatisticians and mathematical modellers.

A) IT professional expectations for the TER-EPI professional system:

•providing an educational module for users of the professional system;

•information necessary for generating summary reports from the analyzes of the professional system and exporting queried data...
