Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Must submit Up-to-date Trade license2. Must submit last year-s Trade license3. Must submit Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance certificate (2023-2024), 4. VAT Registration certificate5. The Tenderers must submit updated (2023-2024) IRC Certificate, LC Invoice copy to be submitted with the tender.6. Model, Brand, Country of origin and all specification must be submitted.7. Technician CV for 2 persons.8. Warranty One year9. Must be submitted Manufacturer Authorization (Item No-1, 2, 6, 7, 14, 15) Letter with Catalogue or Brochure as per Tech. Spec10. Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (1.00 Crore) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh should be fully unconditional. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5)11. Supplier Must have experience in successful completion of Supply at least 01 (one) order of similar nature of Goods (Laboratory instruments), worth not less than Tk. 1.00 (One) Crore in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Must submit the work completion certificates in this regard.
