1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Negros Oriental, through the SARO Order No. OSEC-7-24-3295 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Four Million Four Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and 62/100 Centavos (Php 44, 439, 674.62) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Learning Tools and Equipment for Technical Vocational and Livelihood Courses, details as follows;
