We are inviting all interested contractors/suppliers to submit their best quotation for the PROCUREMENT OF LECTURER/RESOURCE SPEAKER FOR THE CONDUCT OF 5-DAY IN-HOUSE TRAINING/SEMINAR IN INVESTMENT APPRAISAL & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
I. QUALIFICATION OF THE LECTURER/RESOURCE SPEAKER
1. The lecturer must have adequate experience in the methodologies of managing and monitoring project financial aspects with at least ten (10) years of experience in business.
2. Must have completed at least five (5) programs or projects (similar in nature) in lecturing and/or conducting seminars or trainings in relation to financial management and analysis.
3. Must have an experience in conducting lectures and trainings in government corporation or agency.
4. Must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or management.
