Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN, and as per the current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.2. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 2, 50, 000.00 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand)3. The manufacturer's authorization is required. In case of supplies from the Distributor/ Dealer/ Agent/ Sub-agent/Channel Partner of the manufacturer, an Authorization letter along with the proof of authorized distributorship/ dealership/ Agent ship/ Sub-agent ship has to be submitted.The Tenderer should supply goods from the same entity whose authorization is submitted in this Tender.Note: VAT and AIT will be deducted at source during payment at the rate of the latest circular of NBR. So tenderers are advised to quote considering the VAT and AIT accordingly.
