Procurement of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Local Barangay Road

1. The Local Govern of Barangay Malipoon, Mahaplag, Leyte, through 20% BEDF intends to apply the sum of PhP 101, 500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Local Barangay Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Award Committee now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Rehabilitation of Local Barangay Road to be delivered at the Brgy. Malipoon, Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Gover...
