⦁ The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution N0. 67 - Appropriation Ordinance No. 10 Series of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php224, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Meals and Snacks for FLUP Formulation: Ground Validation at Various Barangays under Contract No. SF Goods 2025-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
