1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION-SPA: PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY PROGRAM: ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING: TRAINING ExPENSES intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (₱70, 200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE TRAINING ON VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN (VAW) DESK OFFICERS IN THE BARANGAYS HILONGOS GF-2024-07-129. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
