A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written
application to the Regional Director of Health Services Office, Kalmunai) from 9:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs during the
period from 10.04.2024 to 29.04.2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned in above table. The
method of payment will be by cash.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Finance unit / Planning unit. Regional Director of Health
Services Office, Kalmunai, and inspect the bidding documents at the same address on any working day during

Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security as per the information given in the above Table and validity period will
be 45 days from the date of bid closing.
Bids shall reach the Chairman Regional Procurement Committee, of Regional Director of Health Services Office,
Police Station Road, Kalmunai at or before 2.30 p.m. on 30.04.2024. Bid number & title must be written on the
left-hand upper corner of the envelope. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the
presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend.
