INVITATION TO BID FOR

PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES ACTING ON THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT AND NEUROMUSCULAR BLOCKERS

IB NO. 2024-106

1. The Tondo Medical Center (TMC), through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Seven Philippine Pesos and Seventy-Five Centavos (PhP 1, 968, 627.75) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medicines Acting on the Nervous System, for Pain Management and Neuromuscular Blockers / IB No. 2024-106. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The TMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
