1.The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, through the MDF 2024 AND MDF SUPPLEMENTAL intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIx HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MICRO-INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS CLUSTER 12-BILA/DAKLAN/POBLACION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, particularly described as follows:
