1. The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, through the MDF 2023 and 2024 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX AND EIGHTY CENTAVOS(PhP6, 222, 566.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MICRO-INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS CLUSTER 9-AMBUKLAO, BOKOD, BENGUET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, particularly described as follows:
