Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES

1. The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority, through the Corporate Operating Budget of FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Pesos (Php5, 926, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service Vehicles with Project Identification Number APECO-Goods-2024-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
