SECTION 53.1 TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS

PROCUREMENT OF MULTI-CROP SOLAR DRYING TRAY

1. The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao, through the Trust Fund - DOST CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Multi-Crop Solar Drying Tray for the Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifigao with Project identification/Solicitation Number 202-1893-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the above mentioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 CD. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
