The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Procurement of Networking Tools for Network Infrastructure Requirement of SDO Valenzuela through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. Quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
