INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT
1. The Municipality of Sto. Niño, Samar, through the Accumulated Surplus from year 2023 downward intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-One Pesos only (1, 101, 831.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sto. Niño, Samar now invites bids for Procurement of Office Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
