PB -41-24

1. The Municipality of Jaro, through the Local Fund approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P644, 400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Office Supplies and Equipment for Use by the Different Offices of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Jaro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty (20) Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
