Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Bidder must have a valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate, and Tin certificate with Tax update.2. Bidder must have general experience in the supply of Agricultural goods as a supplier at least for 05 (Five) years.3. Bidder must have minimum specific experience (Work completion certificate) as Supplier in supply of Oil Extraction Machine in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization or Institute of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 4, 00, 000, 00/- (Four Crore). (Years counting backwards from the date of Tender Opening in the e-GP System).4. Bidder Must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter.5. Updated Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date).6. Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of Tk. 4, 00, 000, 00/- (Four Crore).7. Bidder must have principal original catalog and Technical specification must be show in manufacture company's website.
