1.The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), through the authorize appropriations under the FY 2023 Continuing Appropriations, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 12, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Supply, Delivery and Installation of Requirements for the Establishment of the National Telecommunications Commission Computer Emergency Response Team and Information Security Management System (NTC-CERT-ISMS) / Project Identification No.: NTC-PB-2024-11-01.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
