PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT AND PENETRATION TESTING (VAPT)

(IB NO. VAPT 2024-19-ITRB)

1. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Four Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱11, 474, 160.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) under Invitation to Bid No. VAPT 2024-19-ITRB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Bids.

2. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required within One (1) year upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years (July 22, 2021 - July 21, 2024) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
