1. The Municipality of Ayungon, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos Only (905, 940.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Package Fruit Trees Seedlings Under High Value Crops Development Program Use at Municipality of Ayungon, Negros Oriental Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Ayungon now invites bids for Fruit Trees Seedlings, Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty(30) days after issuance of Purchase Order (PO).
