Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Personal Computers, Notebooks, A4 All in one colour Laser Printers, A4 Monochrome Laser Printers and Wireless Projectors.

1. The Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development (MOFEPD) is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian Nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritiusthrough the Government eProcurement System for the procurement of IT Equipment viz.

(i) Supply and Commissioning of 20 Notebooks Ultralight;

(ii) Supply and Commissioning of 45 Notebooks Standard;

(ii) Supply and Commissioning of 35 Personal Computers;

(iv) Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 2 Wireless Projectors (Ceiling Mounted);

(v) Supply and Commissioning of 10 A4 Colour laser all-in-one (printer, copier, scanner, fax); and

(vi) Supply and Commissioning of 5 A4 Monochrome Laser Printer,

2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MOF/IFB/2024/479.

3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 17 April 2024 up to13.00 hours (Local Time).

4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 17 April 2024 from13.46 hours till Thursday 18 April 2024 up to 13.00 hours.

5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 18 April 2024 as from 13.01 hours.
