The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Procurement of Plastic Storage Box, 120 Liters, Clear Color through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
