MUNICIPALITY OF MALAPATAN
1. The Local Government Unit, through the 5% LDRRMF Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos only ( Php 300, 000.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Portable Toilet with PR no. B2 2024-02-025 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.`
The LGU Malapatan, through the 5% LDRRMF Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos only ( Php 300, 000.00 ) PR no.
