Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PORTABLE ULTRASOUND MACHINE
IB NO. 2024-PB-011
1. The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA)-Capital Outlay CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (Php4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Portable Ultrasound. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The STRH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
