Rentenbank requires services for the procurement, introduction, maintenance and further development of Privileged Access Management (PAM). With this award procedure, Rentenbank is looking for a contractor who will provide the licenses for a market-tested PAM solution as well as the PAM solution implemented and later supported the LR PAM operations team in further development and maintenance.
Procurement of a Privileged Access Management (PAM)
The subject of the contract is essentially the following services:
Software licenses
Delivery of the PAM software with provision of the necessarycurrent licenses depending on the parameters (see service description). The client can obtain additional licenses as an option.
Implementation project
Installation, configuration and setup of an operational PAM solution as well as the connection of 100 users and approx. 500 assets.
TuesThe contractor's activity in the first phase mainly includes the following main consulting areas:
- The project preparation and design of the PAM solution with creation of the system architecture
- The configuration and installation of the software including connection to Omada Identity, Serviceware and Splunk
- The initial access management and activation of the software including definition and implementation of the basic PAM processes and use cases for an operational PAM platform
- The introduction of an MFA solution for PAM
- The knowledge transfer to the Rentenbank
