The ALFOeLDVIZ Regional Water Utilities Private Limited Company (hereinafter: Alfoeldviz Zrt.), itself as the Bidder of this procedure, is the Kbt. On the basis of Section 32, Paragraphs (1)-(2), it was designated as a central purchasing body by the following tenderers:
- Mezőfoeldi Regional Waterworkszmű Limited Liability Company (hereinafter: Mezőfoeldviz);
- FEJERVIZ Fejer County Municipalities Water and Sewerage Private Limited Company (hereinafter: Fejerviz);
- Kiskunsagi Vizikoezmű-Szolgaltato Kft. (hereinafter: Kiskunviz)
Alfoeldviz Zrt. is the dynamic procurement system(hereinafter: DBR) is established to meet the procurement needs of the contracting companies listed above. DBR may not be used by other contracting entities than the contracting organizations listed above.it can also be implemented by means of separate calls for tenders, in the framework of which only specific products can be procured, i.e. the AK is not obliged to procure all the products specified in the DBR through a call for tenders. Alfoeldviz Zrt.will be conducted as a central procurement body for individual tenderers. As a result of the bidding stages, the contract will be concluded by the Bidder indicated in the given bidding stage/in the offer part of the given bidding stage for himself.
