Tenders are invited to the acquisition of radial assistance to the work on the merger between Glitre Energi AS and Agder Energi AS



Short Description: Procurement of external assistance to fusion process Agder Energi AS and Glitre Energi AS. See offer request for complete description.The Bakgritlitre Energi AS is owned by Drammen Municipality (50%) and Vardar AS (50%) [. Agder Energi AS is owned by 25 municipalities in Agder (about 55%) and Statkraft (about 45%). The boards of Glitre Energi AS and Agder Energi AS have worked to facilitate a merger between the two companies. The merger probes have been led by a steering group consisting of the board leaders, the CEO and two employee representatives from each group. The steering group has prepared a report dated December 2020 which describes and justifies the industrial and financial rationale for a merger between the two companies. The report marks the conclusion of the merger probes and provides an overview of which gains can be realized for the owners, customers and society at a merger.
