The following services for raw cow's milk research (hereinafter - research/raw milk research) are purchased for safety and quality monitoring and control:
1. determining the number of somatic cells;
2. investigation of inhibitory substances;
3. milk freezing temperature (milk naturalness indicator) determination.
The specified tests of milk safety and quality indicators must be carried out in a laboratory accredited according to the valid standard LST EN ISO/IEC 17025 "General requirements for the competence of research, testing and calibration laboratories" or its equivalent, for each milk producerin the milk of one who sells raw cow's milk for processing. The planned average monthly number of producers selling processed milk is 12, 250.
