Malaria Consortium wishes to engage a provider to support the development and roll out of an Employee Engagement Survey (EES) that will create an additional communication channel where its employees provide feedback. The organisation has conducted various surveys in the past; the last one took place on 2021 where the question, “I would recommend this organisation as a good place to work” had a response rate of 91% and an engagement index score of 87%.
Malaria Consortium has since progressed and increased in service provisions since the last EES was conducted and the organisation wants to better understand the current key drivers and needs of its work force to inform their HR agenda and support the new organisational strategy.
These Terms of Reference (TOR) provide details of the requirements for potential providers and expectations for this project.
Purpose
The EES seeks to better understand MC staff and survey results will be used to support employee engagement activities and streamline the focus of the HR team over the following 18 - 24 months. It will also aim to benchmark against the previous EES 2021 after the implementation of various action plans.
