1. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2023 Corporate
Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred
Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱2, 799, 500.00) being the
ABC to payments under the contract on the Bidding for the Procurement of
Services of an Institution/ Center to provide Online Psychological
Assessment/ Examination under Invitation to Bid No. OPEA 2023-33-
GSB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the
Opening of Bids.
2. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required within Thirty (30)
calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders
