Description : Requirements:

1. QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES

a. The Certifying Body must be duly registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and any International Accreditation Body member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF);

b. The Certifying Body must have experience successfully certifying ISO 9001:2015 in at least one government office;

c. The Certifying Body must issue certificates that are compliant with British Standard (BS), European Norm (EN), and International Standard (ISO);

d. The audit teams, including surveillance, should satisfy the following:

• Consist of auditor(s) with actual hands-on experience on QMS who are qualified to conduct audits in the name of the Certifying Body;

• The auditor(s) shall have a minimum of three (3) years of ISO 9001 QMS auditing experience in any government office;

• Have team members with actual hands-on experience in government office QMS processes; and

• The replacement of any team member shall require prior written approval from the QMS Champion.
