Description : In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the LUIS HORA MEMORIAL REGIONAL HOSPITAL, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for t h e Procurement of Services for Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt Certification Course, (Please refer to Terms of Reference Attached) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act. No. 9184.
1. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), through the Hospital Income has a sum of ONE HUNDRED SIxTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 160, 000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes. Bids received in excess of the ABC of each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
