The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) through the Project Management Division and Campaign and Advocacy Division (PMD-CAD) with funding assistance from Gojust2 Human Rights Project, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos. (PhP250, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Services for the Peacebuilding and Communication for Development (PC4D): Truth, Democracy, and Human Dignity for Peacebuilding.
