1. The Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPBPHL), through the 2025 Approved Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (PhP2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of the Services of a Research Company to Prepare the 2025 Market Brief and Market Update Reports/REI No. 2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The TPBPHL now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of the Services of a Research Company to Prepare the 2025 Market Brief and Market Update Reports.
