1. The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, through the MDRRMF -TF intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIxTY-ONE PESOS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (PHP 154, 061.37) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR PORTABLE GENERATOR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
