1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 5% MDRRMO Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php3, 235, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Sonar Device with Lighting System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
