PROCUREMENT OF STERILIZED MILK FOR THE SBFP-MILK FEEDING COMPONENT FOR SY 2024-2025

1. The Department of Education (DepED) DIVISION OF SULTAN KUDARAT, through the CY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos (P5, 532, 880.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to, eligible payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF STERILIZED MILK FOR THE SBFP-MILK FEEDING COMPONENT FOR SY 2024-2025 under REPUBLIC ACT 11975 -FY 2024 GAA. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening.
