PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES FOR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTATION FOR PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Supplies for Dietary Supplementation to Pre-School Children with Identification No. 2024-Goods-22 in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Three Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (₱332, 480.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
